Ales was responsible for leading Timberland’s international visual communication and customer engagement strategy and implementing store design, visual merchandising and visual marketing for retail, wholesale and trade environments.

This included the brand representation for all customer demographics at the point of contact across all territories for Timberland-operated retail franchise and wholesale outlets. Additionally, Ales led the creative development of the in-store environment, the store design, fixtures and fittings, POP, window displays and POS.
